The Workout
STRENGTH
We utilize resistance training to enhance physical, mental and emotional strength. It includes a wide range of muscular endurance, maximum strength, flexibility, and balance training.
ENDURANCE
The cardiovascular and respiratory systems are to sustain prolonged physical activity by efficiently delivering oxygen to muscles. Typically categorized into cardiovascular endurance & muscular endurance.
POWER
Involves performing high-intensity exercises that aim to increase the ability to exert maximum force in the shortest amount of time. It combines strength and speed to improve explosive movements.
SPEED
We aim to improve the ability to move quickly. This includes increasing the speed of muscle contractions and enhancing overall running speed, agility, and quickness.
STAMINA
Refers to the overall physical and mental capability to sustain prolonged effort. It is physical endurance as well as mental resilience to overcome fatigue.
Combining these 5 elements allows us to offer you the most efficient and effective workout possible improving your VO2 max, strength and aesthetics.
Our schedule contains 5 core classes combined with 5 specialty classes mixed through the month to engage even more variety and challenge.
Total Body is a one-hour full-body class incorporating cardiovascular, strength, core, and functional interval training. You will use treadmills, bikes, rowers, and all of the fundamental pieces of strength equipment while never repeating a single workout.
Glutes & Core class is a one-hour class incorporating cardiovascular, strength, core, and functional interval training. This is a full-body workout with a strong emphasis on your glutes and core. You will use treadmills, bikes, rowers, and all fundamental strength equipment. To maximize results, the flow of this workout changes daily.
Chest, Back, and Core class is a one-hour class incorporating cardiovascular, strength, core, and functional interval training. This is a full-body workout with a strong emphasis on your chest, back, and core. You will use treadmills, bikes, rowers, and all fundamental strength equipment. To maximize results, the flow of this workout changes daily.
Shoulders, Bis, & Tris class is a one-hour class incorporating cardiovascular, strength, core, and functional interval training. This is a full-body workout with a strong emphasis on your shoulders, biceps, and triceps. You will use treadmills, bikes, rowers, and all fundamental strength equipment. To maximize results, the flow of this workout changes daily.
Core & Lower Body is a one-hour class incorporating cardiovascular, strength, core, and functional interval training while focusing on your lower body. You will use treadmills, bikes, rowers, and all fundamental pieces of strength equipment. To maximize results, the flow of this workout changes daily.
This class emphasizes the cardio portion of the workout where we will challenge your anaerobic threshold with a focus on all aspects of cardio as well as strength training that will keep your heart rate elevated burning maximum calories. Additionally, our strength focus will be heavily focused on your core.
Strictly Strength is a one-hour class that's 80% strength training and 20% cardiovascular training. Cardio blocks are mixed in with short intervals to get your heart rate up and burn extra calories. We focus on time under tension to build lean muscle.
HILO is a 1-hour class split into 30 minutes of a true HIIT workout and 30 minutes of a lower intensity core blast. We focus on max heart rate training by incorporating repeated bursts of work followed by short recoveries. This will challenge your anaerobic threshold and maximize your results in the shortest amount of time possible.
Performance was designed to improve overall athleticism, coordination, balance, and flexibility. For 60 minutes, we will be training like athletes with varying levels of sports conditioning. All levels can benefit from this type of training and this class is suited for everyone from beginners to athletes.
District’s new circuit class offered once to twice a month was designed to incorporate variety in the programming while still achieving the high burn of our typical interval training classes. This type of class involves completing a series of exercises in a circuit style with little to no rest in between. We will be combine strength training, endurance training, and high-intensity agility movements through a one hour class with a core blast in between each round.
Our very sought after yoga sculpt class is offered twice a month for a full body recovery strength workout. The heat will be slightly elevated while incorporating cardio exercises, yoga poses, and light strength training to tone and sculpt muscles. This low impact full body workout will incorporate stretch as well as guided meditation.
Warrior 90 offers the challenge of an additional 30 minutes, totaling 90 minutes of strength and endurance training for total body conditioning. This class incorporates cardio, resistance, core, balance, and flexibility training necessary for overall fitness. The key to Warrior 90 success is to pace yourself and be conscious of our interval cues for maximum results.
